Unlimited Broadband Plan Joining Credit + Prime Video on Us for 6 months Terms and Conditions

1. These terms and conditions apply in addition to the 2degrees Broadband T&Cs and 2degrees Broadband Plans T&Cs, Amazon Prime Video Terms of Use and any other applicable Terms and Conditions.
2. This promotion is available between the period 6 May 2024 to 11 August 2024 (Promotion Period) to new 2degrees Broadband customers only.
3. If during the Promotion Period, you:
   1. sign up to the 2degrees Unlimited Broadband Plan on a 12-month term you will be eligible for a $150 Joining Credit and Prime Video on Us for 6 months; or
   2. sign up to the 2degrees Ultimate Unlimited Broadband Plan on a 12-month term, you will be eligible for a $150 Joining Credit and Prime Video on Us for 6 months.
4. The applicable Joining Credit will be applied to your Account following activation of your applicable Broadband Plan.
5. If you cancel your Eligible Plan early:
   1. your applicable Joining Credit will be repayable and
   2. you will be subject to the applicable standard early termination charges as set out in the $60, $93, $105, $139 and $169 Broadband Plan Terms and Conditions.
6. The Joining Credit is non-transferable or exchangeable and non-redeemable for cash.
7. If you wish to continue subscribing to Prime Video after the 6-month Promotion Period, the standard Prime Video subscription charges will apply
8. Streaming Prime Video uses data. Data usage incurred from watching Prime Video content online will count toward your monthly broadband or mobile data allowance.
9. A $5 p/m modem rental, $15 rental modem shipping and non-standard installation apply. Broadband not available everywhere.

Prime Video on us for 6 months

10. You will be redirected through to the Prime Video to login or set up a new Prime Video account. Follow the instructions provided in the Prime Video activation email sent by 2degrees.
11. You will have 30 days from the date your Prime Video activation email is sent to you to activate your Prime Video subscription. If you don’t activate Prime Video within the activation period, your subscription link will expire, and you will not be able to get 6 months free of Prime Video.
12. Prime Video is valid for 6 months after the date you activate your Prime Video subscription during the applicable activation period.
13. Prime Video’s standard plan is currently NZD$10.99 per month.
14. If you end your Eligible Plan your Prime Video subscription will automatically end.
15. You can cancel your Prime Video subscription anytime through My 2degrees or the 2degrees Broadband app.

17. Customer queries relating to the Prime Video service should be directed to Amazon here, there is also a help and support page available
18. Queries relating to your broadband performance or Prime Video billing on your 2degrees account should be directed to 2degrees.

General

19. 2degrees reserves the right to change or terminate these terms and conditions or the Promotion at any time. If applicable we’ll let you know if we do this by posting new terms on our website.
20. This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer or plans offered at a discounted rate.
21. The Promotion is not redeemable, transferable, or refundable for cash and cannot be exchanged.
22. This Promotion is not available to employees of Two Degrees Mobile Limited or Two Degrees New Zealand Limited.
23. The Promotion not available for business customers.
24. We reserve the right to extend, change or terminate this offer at any time without notice.
25. By completing the steps set out at clause 3, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
